President & Chief Operating Officer Mr. Rahn's responsibilities include managing the bank's sales, trust, compliance and banking operations and marketing activities. His strong operating skills and trust services knowledge provide significant benefits to Private Banking clients and shareholders. Previously Mr. Rahn served as the Senior Vice President, Southern California Regional Manager for Wealth Management at Bank of the West, where his responsibilities included directing a business unit with $1 billion under management. Mr. Rahn also previously served as the California Market Manager of Private Banking for Comerica Bank. His career experience includes managing sales, marketing, information services, compliance, purchasing, operations and a SEC registered investment company. Volunteering in the Orange County community for over 20 years, he is currently a Chairman and Founding Member of the Crystal Cove Alliance and Crystal Cove Beach Cottages, Inc. He has served as the President of the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee at the Prentice School; an Executive Board Member and Council Commissioner at the Boy Scouts of America, Orange County Council; and as Trustee and Chairman of the Board for United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County. Mr. Rahn has also assisted in raising money for the Laguna Art Museum, Mission San Juan Capistrano, the Donna O'Neill Land Preserve and Casa Romantica. Community recognition includes being honored with the Silver Beaver Award by the Boy Scouts of America, Orange County Council, Business Committee of the Arts, Orange County, the President's Award for continuous outstanding service at United Cerebral Palsy, Orange County and received the Outstanding Volunteer Award by the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Mr. Rahn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, Redlands, CA.
