Henri Tchen
Director Mr. Tchen brings extensive national knowledge of real estate. He began his career in the finance industry in 1973 with Irving Trust Company in New York City. In 1977, he joined Marine Midland Bank as Assistant Vice President, U.S. multinationals. Mr. Tchen then became Senior Vice President and Manager of U.S. corporate finance for Banque Nationale de Paris in New York from 1979 to 1986. In 1987, Mr. Tchen assumed the position of Senior Vice President and manager of corporate finance at Tokai Bank. In 1989, he joined Dah Chong Hong Group in New York City and served as Director of Strategic Planning and Real Estate. Prior to his current position, Mr. Tchen held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Kingston Technology Company. Mr. Tchen is now Vice President for Synapse Capital, LLC, a financial management firm he co-founded in 1998. Since 2004, Mr. Tchen also serves as VP & CFO of Leema USA, LLC, the U.S. subsidiary of Leema Industrial, a major real estate company in South Korea. Mr. Tchen currently serves on the Board of Advisors of Pacific Castle, an owner and operators of shopping centers based in Irvine, CA and also serves as Special Member to the Founders of Harbor Pacific Capital, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm. Mr. Tchen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics from the University of Brussels, Belgium, where he graduated summa cum laude and an MBA from Columbia University. « Back to Our Team |
