Apartment in Pacific Beach on Hornblend Sold

Four residential units in Pacific Beach at 1019 N. 1025 Hornblend St., San Diego 92109, have been sold for $1.05 million.

The buyer was Helen R. Rask as trustee of the Helen R. Rask Marital Trust, c/o Curtis Properties Inc., P.O. Box 9215, Newport Beach, 92658.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $686,400 from First Foundation Bank.

The property seller (assessorís parcel 423-052-24) was Patricia Rask.

The approximately 1,942 square-foot apartment was constructed on a 6,251 square-foot lot in 1958.

In November 2007, the one-story property was sold for $1.29 million with $999,500 in financing from Bank of America. In September 2006, the property was sold for $1.15 million financial with a loan of $862,500.
