Trust services are customized for each individual trust depending on the type of trust. Due to the complexity of each trust and the variability of personal needs, our trust services fees are based on the complexity of the assets, the administration powers in the document and the investment management responsibilities. Our quotes are developed using the various assumptions, some of which include:

• The level of personal attention you wish to receive or your beneficiaries require during the time we are administering this trust.
• The value of the financial assets.
• The value of investment real estate assets and the type of real estate management service required to keep the asset valuable.
• The value and complexity of managing any businesses owned by the trust.
• Any unusual trust administration requirements.
